Introduction

With InterFuerza, you can manage in an optimum way different companies in an integrated way, as follows please find the details on how to perform the account creation and user administration process.

Before starting to use the benefits of Multi-Company you must have:

  1. The Full Plan.
  2. A registered account in InterFuerza.

How to create companies related to my user?

Once you have the full Plan, you can create different companies related to your user:  having the management of your administrative, commercial and accountable process independently.

To create a new company, please follow these steps:

  1. Create a company
  2. Fill out the form for a new company.
  3. Click on Create a Company.

 

Steps:

  1.  Go to the company icon, which is located on the upper right part of the platform, once the menu is displayed, you must select the option Create Company.  

2. Fill in the form for creating a new company, taking into account the following parameters:

  • Select Plan: Choose the plan that best applies to your new account, you can have a different plan in each company.
  • Users Quantity: Indicate the number of additional users to create, assign zero (0) if you will manage the account with your Multi-Company user (s).
  • Terms and Conditions:  Accept the terms and conditions, when finished click Create Company.
  • Create Company:  Select Create Company in order to confirm the new account associated with your Multi-Company user.


3. To finish the process of creating the new account, click on Create Company, as shown in the following image:

Once the creation process is completed, InterFuerza will send confirmation of the new company.  To go to the home page click Close


How to change company?

Once created, you can list and change accounts between the different companies previously created in InterFuerza, as shown in the following image:

The use of multi-company allows users to manage more than one company easily and flexible.  Some of the benefits you will find are:

  • App Mobil: From your Mobil App, you have access to all your companies related to your user.
