Introduction

The CRM module, allows you to efficiently work out your commercial connections, optimizing the customer service process, technical support, customer loyalty, management of internal task/functions.  

To access the CRM module, click on the third icon on the upper left side.  You will see that it is subdivide by sub-modules such as: 

  • CRM Options
  • Cases
  • Tasks
  • Projects 
  • My Pending and Reports

My Pendings

The CRM module, has a dashboard which provides a summary and/or status of all operations or pending tasks to be performed, such as:  Tasks, cases, events, sales opportunities and calendar.
